How Do I Make A Return?
1. We accept returns postmarked within 60-100 days of the original purchase date according to different products. If 60-100 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
2. The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged: ① Items On Clearance, ② Used Products (pajamas/accessories/comforters/bedding), ③ Silk Face Mask/Coverings, ④ Customized Items,⑤ Gift Wrap Boxes,⑥ Gift Cards/Free Gifts,⑦ Silk Detergent.
3. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
4. Please note that we CAN NOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return it for a refund.
